FILM PRESENTATIONS - There are two ways to present a film event at the Stardust.

They are:

(A.)      The rental applicant may make all arrangements on their own concerning booking, guarantees, deposits, overages and shipping. The applicant will deliver the film to The Stardust  in advance of the show, a Stardust Drive-In Theatre projectionist will inspect and "make-up" the film, run it for your event and return it to you at the conclusion of the show. The Stardust Drive-In Theatre is not responsible for film damage.

(B.)    The Stardust can make all arrangements for the booking, fees, and shipping. The rental     fees for films are typically based on a minimum versus a percent of the gross ticket sales ($7.00 ticket), whichever is greater, plus shipping and insurance, or a "flat rental fee", plus shipping and insurance . The minimum, shipping, insurance, plus a film booking fee will be charged to the applicant as part of the deposit. The overage (the "versus percent" portion) will be billed at the conclusion of the show, as part of the "balance due" settlement of the rental contract. The Stardust will be responsible for film damage while in it's possession.
